Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.
Return conditions
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition. Unsealed, used or damaged products cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return procedure
To initiate a return, contact our customer service by email at contact@lr-coach-mia.com with your order number and the reason for the return. You will receive detailed instructions for shipping the package.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or delivery error. In such cases, LR covers the return costs.
Refund timeline
The refund is processed within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product. The refund is credited to the payment method used for the order.
